CORE DUTIES
- Assist Technical Executive in day-to-day technical and site operations.
- Prepare, check and update work schedules and progress reports.
- Closely monitoring Arahan Kerja, including resurfacing, milling, CIPR, drainage, and ancillary works.
- Assist in the measurement of works, site records, and verification of quantities.
- Coordinate with surveyors, QA/QC personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical matters.
- Assist in inspections, site meetings, and reporting of site progress and issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support during material testing and site trials when required.
- To perform tasks as and when required by the Management.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in construction, infrastructure, or road maintenance projects (fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, technical documentation, and construction processes.
- Familiarity with JKR specifications and road maintenance works will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software is an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to travel within Sarawak when required.
