Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). (Ir. qualification is an advantage).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in road, highway, or civil infrastructure construction.
• Proven track record managing JKR, government, or GLC projects valued at RM50 million and above.
• Strong expertise in road upgrading, pavement rehabilitation, utility coordination, and contract administration.
