Foreman

Lead crew to carry out routine maintenance works.
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for road maintenance and related infrastructure works.
Ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
Monitor workers, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure work progress meets project schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company procedures.
Record daily site activities, work progress, and manpower attendance.
Assist the Technical Executive in updating inventory records and monitoring stock-take materials.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, materials, and machinery at the worksite.
Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements.
Liaise with project team members and report site progress or issues to the management.

Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or road maintenance works.
Experience in supervising site workers and coordinating site activities.
Familiar with JKR specifications, road maintenance works, and site safety requirements.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to travel and work at project sites within Sarawak.
