Quantity Surveyor

Prepare, manage, and evaluate Subcontracts, Work Orders, and other contract-related documents for road maintenance works.
Review, verify, and process progress claims, invoices, and release of retention sums for subcontractors.
Analyze and evaluate tenders and quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for recommendation to Management.
Prepare, issue, and maintain proper documentation related to contracts such as Letter of Award (LOA), Site Work Orders, and Variation Orders.
Prepare, monitor, and compile all claims submitted to Clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Evaluate tender documents for potential road maintenance projects, including cost estimation and risk assessment.
Monitor and report monthly payment status from Clients and payments made to suppliers/subcontractors.
Liaise with the Accounts Department and Site Office on payment certificates and contract matters.
Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in preparing annual budgets and monitoring monthly cash flow.
Conduct site visits to verify work progress, measurements, and ensure compliance with contract specifications.

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost management principles.
Proficient in using quantity surveying software and MS Office applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and contractual requirements in the industry.
